Luke oversees operations for the Cancer Care Foundation; through the recruitment and management of staff, marketing, quality control, and works closely with the Chair and CEO Dr Tony Noun in fundraising, and the management of the operational budget.  In addition to this, Luke is responsible for the management of clinical trials conducted by the Foundation; head of clinical trial governance; and oversees all Clinical Trial Research Agreement and budget negotiations with Sponsors (pharmaceutical companies and clinical research organisations).  Luke also works collaboratively with staff on academic research projects; and authoring Grant applications.

Luke has a Bachelor of Applied Science, Bachelor of Health Science (Honours), and will be commencing a Doctorate in 2024.  He has formerly worked in academia as a part-time lecturer, tutor, and an academic, as well as a market access analyst for a health economic consultancy.
